BOGA FIT CLASSES
You want a new workout that will keep you excited about fitness - consider taking this fun, new water-based class.
The recommended attire is athletic clothing — not swimsuits — since you are on top of the water for the duration of the class.
Expect to be challenged in your abdominal muscles and in a cardiovascular manner, with exercises like lunges and burpees that keep your heart rate up.
Also, don’t be afraid of falling in. If you do, that's ok, but trying to stay out of the water can be the fun part!
$5 per class. The first 5 people to arrive and pay are in the class so be early!
