1. Se aplican las tarifas de admisión habituales para los humanos como si estuvieran nadando.
2. Límite de dos (2) perros amigables por persona.
3. Los humanos no tienen permitido nadar.
4. Los perros deben ir con correa al entrar y salir de las instalaciones.
5. Los perros deben llevar collar mientras nadan.
6. Los pacientes deben presentar un comprobante escrito de vacunación contra la rabia y la bordetella antes de ser admitidos.
7. No se permiten perros agresivos ni perras en celo dentro ni en los alrededores de las instalaciones.
8. Los perros deben ser llevados al baño antes de entrar a las instalaciones y ser llevados allí regularmente para evitar accidentes.
9. Los humanos deben obedecer a los socorristas en todo momento.
10. El personal de socorrismo se reserva el derecho de denegar el servicio por cualquier motivo que consideren que pueda generar una situación de riesgo.
