🥋 Confidence. Focus. Discipline. 🥋

Every parent wants their child to feel confident walking into school.

If your son or daughter is quiet, smaller than their classmates, or struggles with confidence, it can be difficult to watch them doubt themselves. You can't be with them every moment—but you can help them build the confidence and resilience they'll carry wherever they go.

Shotokan Karate gives children AND adults the opportunity to discover what they're capable of.

All classes are held at📍 Buckwalter Recreation Center

Led by Kimberly and Jeffrey Weber, both 7th-degree black belts and certified instructors, Palmetto Karate has spent decades helping students of all experience levels grow stronger physically and mentally in a welcoming, encouraging environment.

Students learn traditional Shotokan Karate, one of the world's most respected martial arts. Every lesson builds on a proven progression of techniques, balance, movement, breathing, and self-discipline that has helped millions of students around the world develop confidence that extends far beyond the dojo.

This isn't about teaching anyone to fight. It's about helping them believe in themselves.

It's about giving them the confidence to make eye contact, the discipline to stay calm under pressure, the focus to overcome challenges, and the resilience to keep trying when life gets difficult.

Those lessons follow them throughout life.

No previous martial arts experience is required. Every student begins somewhere, and everyone is encouraged to progress at their own pace in a supportive, respectful atmosphere.
