Youth Soccer is our most popular sport, with thousands enrolling in the program every year. Our program has a Spring Season and a Fall Season for participants age 4 through 16.
Jerseys, socks, and shorts are furnished by Parks and Recreation. Participants are required to furnish their own shin guards.
Youth participants in the Bluffton area will mainly practice and play at Buckwalter Recreation Center. Participants in the Beaufort area can expect to mostly practice and play at Burton Wells Recreation Center.
Our schedules are designed to maximize results through age-appropriate practice and game times.
Registration for Spring Soccer always begins January 1 and ends the third Friday of February.
Late registration for Spring Soccer ends the following Friday and is accompanied by an additional $20 late fee. Registrations received after the "late registration" period are subject to approval or denial by management only. Practices tend to start in early March and games typically begin in early April. The season generally ends mid- to-late May. There are no All-Star selections for the Spring Season. Get more information here.
Registration for Fall Soccer always begins June 1 and ends the first Friday in August. Late registration for Fall Soccer ends the second Friday of August and is accompanied by an additional $20 late fee. Registrations received after the "late registration" period are subject to approval or denial by management only. Practices start in late August and games typically begin mid-September. The season generally ends mid-to-late October. All-Star games are finished by the first week in December and are held at random locations across the state of South Carolina. This would require additional practices and games for a select number of players, as well as an additional uniform fee and entrance fee into the tournaments.
We are often asked to provide detailed information about practice and game times months before registration. We cannot provide that because:
1.) The number of participants determines the number of teams in a division.
2.) Participants are randomly assigned to a team. We use a random draft to select participants to build fair teams. We do NOT guarantee any special requests for participant team placement.
3.) Volunteer Coaches meet together to select practice times based on availability.
