Rick McElroy has one of the top children's programs in the country. The curriculum includes:

• Japanese Karate-do (mind & body) - students receive a well-rounded foundation in the art of Kumiba-Ha Shito-Ryu Karate do

• Job List - parents grade child as to manners, fighting, and not talking back

• ARM Program (Avoid, Resolve, Manage)

• Testing Forms (permission) - both parents, school teacher and academy must all give permission for each child to test.

• Rules for children

• Twelve Ways to Walk Away with Confidence to Defeat a Bully

• Student Creed

• Random Acts of Kindness

• Academic Achievement - all students receive a Straight A patch for all A's on school report cards.
