This class is focusing on the basics of bachata and does not require a partner or special equipment  although it is recommended to wear lightweight clothing and to bring an extra shirt to change into afterwards. Dancers who attend all six classes can expect to have mastered the steps enough to be able to follow and/or lead with a partner.
