💪 Finally... a workout that doesn't require finding a babysitter.

S.L.A.M. (Sweat Like a Mother) is a high-energy fitness class designed for women ages 18 and older. This welcoming program combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), agility exercises, and core strengthening to help participants build strength, endurance, and confidence in a supportive environment.

Children are welcome to attend with their parent, making it easier for busy moms to prioritize their health and wellness. The class is also pregnancy- and postpartum-friendly, with exercise modifications available to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and stages of motherhood.
