The forms below must be properly completed and brought to administration at Buckwalter or Burton Wells to complete your account.

 

YOU MUST PROVIDE:

 

1. Government-issued photo I.D. 

and

2.a. Proof of Beaufort County Taxpayer status. Find it here.

or

2.b. Current Active-Duty Military with current military I.D.

or

2.c.  A copy of CURRENT rental lease. 

and

3. Beaufort County Parks and Recreation Waiver & Release - For all Facilities

4. Beaufort County Parks and Recreation Waiver & Release - Covid19 - For all Facilities

5.  Beaufort County Parks and Recreation Policy - REQUIRED to use Buckwalter

​

6. Beaufort County Parks and Recreation Policy - REQUIRED to use Burton Wells

​

7. Beaufort County Parks and Recreation Policy - REQUIRED to use Pools

 

Non-Military, Non-Beaufort County taxpayers are welcome to use our facilities but are charged different rates and must still complete the forms listed above to acquire an account.
